How long does it take to receive my stock?
We only ship by express air. Your stock arrives at your door within 15 to 20 days maximum after you confirm your order with the 40% deposit.
Do I have to deal with customs (douane)?
No. We handle the full customs clearance in Morocco and pay the import duties. Your goods are released and delivered to your door. You never deal with the douane yourself.
What do I need to send you?
Just the product link. A photo also works. We review it and send you the final price per unit and the minimum quantity we can source for you.
What does DDP mean?
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. We take responsibility for the whole journey: supplier, inspection, express air freight, customs clearance, import duties, and delivery to your address in Morocco. You pay one final price and don't deal with any other provider.
What does the final price include?
The product cost, China transport and handling, supplier verification, quality inspection, express air freight, customs clearance and import duties, our service fee, and door-to-door delivery. It is the complete amount you pay for the agreed order.
What is the minimum order?
A total product value of at least MAD 5,000 or a quantity of at least 100 units. You only need to meet one of these. Smaller requests can still be sent for review.
What are the payment terms?
The request is free. Once you accept the final price, you pay 40% of the stock amount and we order your stock. The remaining 60% is paid once your goods are cleared through customs, before we deliver them to your door. Invoices are issued by Beast Capital Group.
Can you source any product?
You can send any product. We review every request for supplier reliability, quality, Moroccan import rules, and air-freight suitability. Illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe products are not accepted.
How do you check product quality?
We inspect the goods before they are shipped, based on the specifications you agreed to.
How quickly will you reply to my request?
The same business day, Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Morocco time. Requests sent outside these hours are handled the next business day.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Morocco. Door-to-door delivery to your address is included in the final price.
Can you arrange custom packaging or branding?
Yes. Add your packaging or branding needs in the request. We check feasibility, supplier requirements, cost, and timing during the review.
